Compact Substation

Compact substations are widely used in areas where underground power reticulation is required, such as in residential, commercial and industrial developments. Compact substations fully enclose a transformer and HV and LV connections or switchgear, and are shipped to site fully assembled. A compact substation is a cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing solution.Many HV and LV connection and switchgear arrangements are available and include:

HV direct or loop connected with and without fusing on the transformer.
Various types of air, oil and SF6 HV switchgear configurations.
LV direct connect.
Fused LV boards with transformer isolators and DIN or BS fusing.
Circuit breakers and/or or isolator boards for heavier current applications.

Medium Voltage Switchgear

Sheet steel Clad, dust and vermin proof, free standing, floor mounting & indoor type, completely factory assembled with heat proof painting HT Switchgears are designed with VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) , LBS (load Break Switch) Minimum Oil Circuit Breaker (MOCB), Hexa Fluoride (SF6) Circuit Breaker, Dis-connector etc, of internationally reputed manufacturers which are imported from USA, Germany, UK, and Japan as per customers choice. All control and indicating devices are located at the front of upper low voltage compartment for easy checking by the operator.

Low Voltage Switchgear

Sheet steel clad with modular systems for assembling of cubicles intended to take heavy equipments, dust and vermin proof, free standing, floor mounting indoor type with TPN & E copper bus bar, It is equipped with different type of Circuit Breakers such as Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB), Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), Motor Protection Circuit Breaker etc, relay, control & indicating auxiliaries which are imported from Europe, Japan and Korea as per Customers Choice. All Control and indicating devices are located at the front of upper low voltage compartment for easy checking by the operator.

Motor Control Unit (MCU)

We are designing MCU operated through relay logic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) system as per present and future environment of automization. ELECTRECH proud to make these panels up to IP-65 protection class.We are producing high quality motor control units as per clients requirements. These panel are equipped with several protections to safe the motor under any abnormal conditions. The followings protection systems are available in these panels. Under voltage, over voltage, Phase failure, Phase sequence, Single phasing, thermistortripping, dry runningand overload protection.

Motor Control Center

Motor Control Centers / Units are designed to fulfill the electrical requirement of different kind of installed machinery like water pumps, compressors, Blowers, Fan plus other kind of motors in industry. These panels are available for single as well as multi motor system. Motor Control Centers can operate the motors on Automatic star-delta (ASD) / Direct on line (DOL) method through locally as well as through remote stations. These panels have different tripping systems like under voltage, over voltage, Phase failure, Phase sequence, Single phasing, thermistortripping, dry running and overload protection.

Power & Lighting Distribution Boards

Sheet Steel clad, dust & vermin proof, floor mounting/ wall mounting, indoor type Distribution board with MCCB, MCB, TPN & E copper bus bar, control & indicating auxiliaries which are imported from Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Japan and Korea are manufactured at our factory according to NEMA/IEC/VDE. All control and indicating devices are located at the front of upper low voltage compartment for easy checking by the operator.

ATS / AMF

Special Modules are implanted in these panels to achieve required function of automation where alternate power supplies are available to be used.
AS:
Auto Start Panel initiates Gen Set to start to take load failure of city source. Providing all protection to Gen Set with all Comprehensive measurement capabilities.
ATS:
Auto Transfer switch transfer load to Gen set or city source according to operational Sequence Programmed. These Panels can be supplied with manual overside system
AMF:
This system compromises on an alternator standard control panel with MCM (microprocessor control module) and a changeover system housed in a separate wall hanging or freestanding panel. It has an auto sensing system to start the Generator and switch the load to Generator quickly. It has different kind of indications and trapping systems.
These panels can also be incorporated in the Main LT Panels or in Sub Main Panels. It makes easy for the transfer of power without any shutdown.

Cable Trays & Cable Ladders

We bring you an international range of cable trays that is available in different varieties as per the client’s requirements. These are available in Perforated and Ladder Type made from superior quality MS / GI / SS material.The cable trays are fabricated in mild steel and also can be provided in pre-galvanized steel, Hot dip galvanized and painted with approved color enamel or powder coated as per the requirements. The standard length of a single piece of cable tray is 2meter to 2.4meter. Flanges of the tray can be manufactured according to requirements. The cable trays can be ordered as per the project specifications. We also manufacture accessories such as clamps, connecting pieces, slotted angles for support and installation of cables over the cable trays.

We manufacture variety of stepped tubular poles and octagonal poles depending on the project’s specifications and needs.

Construction of material for stepped tubular poles:

Steel Tubular Poles (Tensile Strength 410 MPa / 540 MPa)
Galvanizing to standards IS 4759 / BS 729 / BSENISO 1461

Construction of material for Octagonal / Polygonal Poles

Materials used for Octagonal / Polygonal steel poles is as per BS EN 10025 or equivalent of appropriate grade having yield strength of min 355 N/mm2 and Tensile strength of 490 to 630 N/mm2
The column is constructed from Mild Steel plates cut and folded to form Octagonal or Polygonal section.
Pole supplied in minimum of 3 sections, telescopic Jointed and file welded with the exception of site joints.
A door is provided in the base of the pole to have clear access to equipments.
The Base Flange with welded connection to the mast fully develops the strength of the section. In addition, supplementary gussets / Stiffeners are provided between foundation bolt holes.
